If anything is certain, is that people who have amazing knowledge about something in special always need someone to help them deal with their work. It is possible that a big project cannot be done by a single person, the delivery time would grow rapidly and there would be no way to ensure the success of the project.
Effectively teamwork is more than just meeting with people and advancing in a particular project, no matter if it is related to software development, architecture, mathematics or another area such as the arts.
Teamwork helps us to share our knowledge, skills, and strengths with our colleagues, as well as our weaknesses in other areas.
Teamwork helps us to share our knowledge, skills, and strengths with our colleagues, as well as our weaknesses in other areas. Another relevant aspect is that teamwork allows us to learn from others through their experience since many people in their career as professionals have adopted customs that have helped them to move forward and not make certain mistakes that maybe we don’t know.
In my short time as a software apprentice I have already been part of three very interesting projects, where I have been able to see how certain colleagues work, this has helped me to be better and do things better too.
I have listened attentively and they have helped me to understand beyond the solutions I give to problems, so that I can see a more simple and correct way of obtaining them.
Also, during the process when I have doubts there are always colleagues in the office to guide me and clarify each of the aspects in which I work day by day, in addition to that I have a mentor, who becomes one member of the team, giving his opinion and recommendations when we need it. And that’s really great and useful!
